Italy has been widely heralded as the producer of some of
the world's finest wines and olive oils, however, it has largely been
overlooked as a source of premium cigar tobacco - until now! Grown
exclusively for CAO the Italian Habano seen used for CAO Italia was
originally brought to Italy from Cuba some 40+ years ago. This seed is
grown in Benevento region of the southern portion of Italy, located between
Rome and Naples. This Italian Habano tobacco lends an incredibly unique
earthy sweetness to the robust, full-bodied flavor of CAO Italia.

CAO CX2 ("Cameroon times two") is the first cigar to ever incorporate
two Cameroon wrapper leaves in one blend. Cameroon wrapper is heralded
as among the most flavorful and highest valued wrapper leaf on the
planet. The external wrapper is aged grade one Cameroon. The second
wrapper, used as a binder, is also Cameroon leaf. The filler is a sweet
and earthy blend of tobaccos from the Jalapa region of Nicaragua and
Colombia. The result is a smoking experience that highlights the rich,
spicy sweet flavor of Cameroon tobacco unlike any other cigar. |
