The Card Identification Number (CID/4DBC) is a four-digit, non-embossed (flat) number that is printed on every American Express Card. The CID/4DBC is ALWAYS located ABOVE the embossed (raised) account number on the face of the card. In some instances, the CID/4DBC is located on the left side of the card, but is always above the account number. Some cards have a four-digit number embossed below the account number, but this is not the CID/4DBC.

Your Credit / Debit Card Verification number is located on the reverse side of your VISA or MasterCard, on the signature line, just to the right of your card number.

All fuel must be drained from all lighters before shipping.

We charge what UPS charges us based on the level of shipping you have chosen. Ground track is the least expensive. 3 Day, 2nd Day or Overnight Air rates are computed by our UPS shipping computer based on the weight of your package and distance it is traveling (your zip code)

We are happy to quote you actual shipping costs on heavier packages. Please call us
with your zip code during our regular business hours of 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday and we can look up the UPS charges for you.

Transit Time

UPS does not deliver on weekends unless Saturday delivery is selected. Shipping methods are based on week days. Weekends do not count toward the delivery time. For instance a 2nd day order placed and shipped on Thursday would not arrive until Monday. Friday being the first transit day, and Monday the second. This applies to all shipping methods.

Why wasn't my package delivered in three days, as indicated?
Three days" means three business days not counting the day it is picked up from our shipping department.
Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events, such as severe weather conditions, train derailments, etc. that may occur.

Notice: Shipping rates for UPS Overnight, UPS Overnight Early AM, and UPS Saturday Delivery will be charged based on our cost. The final cost of shipping will not be shown at but will be charged when your order is processed. The charge will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. The average Overnight shipping cost will be between $30.00-$80.00 if you need a shipping quote for overnight delivery please call us at 1-800-652-4427

We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of a package due to weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of God. This is the policy of UPS and FedEx delivery services. Refunds will not be given for delays in these situations.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

Returning an item for any purpose other than a mistake on our part or damaged items, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded. A re-routing fee of $10 will be applied if a package must be rerouted at your request. This is due to the fact that UPS will charge us accordingly to change the delivery address.

All merchandise unconditionally guaranteed against defect. Damaged merchandise, in original packing and not used, will be replaced at no charge within seven days of receipt.

Please make sure you have contacted us before returning any item. Our goal is to keep you 100% satisfied and we will do all that we can to accommodate you.

Manufacturers warranties do apply to certain defective merchandise, however, we cannot accept returns on those items. Please contact us for the manufacturer's address. Lighters and some of our humidors must be returned to the manufacturers since we do not do repairs.

Please call 1-800-652-4427_before returning any merchandise for your Return Authorization Number and proper return address. We highly recommend that you insure your return in case of loss.

NO SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT (REFUND) WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF ANY ITEM IF IT DOES NOT HAVE OUR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON IT.

Cigars: If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchased from us after you have tried one cigar you may return them within one weeks (7days) for full credit or full refund. Returns accepted only with original Cellophane Wrapper intact in original box and in original packaging.
In order to protect any cigars being returned please do not place partially burnt cigars in with fresh ones. If you try more than one and you decide that they are not to your liking and return them, you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Product is checked three times before we ship to insure you of quality.

Lighters: Lighters that have been lit, scratched, or do not include all paper work will not be accepted for a refund.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, shipping charges are non refundable.
