Ashton trademarked this famous name and used it since the middle of the 1980's. Waiting until they had the right blending and the perfect manufacturer we have used since the mid-1980's and trademarked here in the United States since the mid-1990’s. San Cristobal cigars was re-launched here when they found the right cigar blending and the perfect manufacturer for it.

Blended entirely of rich, delicious, Nicaraguan tobaccos the San Cristobal cigars turned out to be a dream come true. Featuring a dark, oily Nicaraguan wrappers, their flavor is rich and full-bodied, exhibiting a perfect balance between strength and complexity. Hearty notes of earth, cedar and spices are accompanied by lighter notes of walnuts, espresso and dark chocolate.
